While we may not be up-to-date with the latest stable release of Next.js, as of this writing, the browsers that we support are the following:
For dashboards, we highly discourage the use of the built-in browser for SmartTVs. This is because manufacturers tend to ship custom browsers with their TVs that don’t follow the same cycle of software updates as those listed above and they are sunset earlier, leaving them stuck in the past. An alternative, is to control a browser remotely from a separate platform (e.g. a small computer) and connect it with HDMI. With this setup, we also recommend setting up VNC (or a similar technology) for the remote control part.
