Troubleshooting

The LEDs may be help troubleshoot any problems. These states are valid as of this writing, August 2022.

• Yellow →

  • Steady → Default State or Provisioning
  • $\textsf{\color{cyan}{Blinking}}$ → Provisioning (Self-test not started)

• Red →

  • $\textsf{\color{red}{Blinking}}$ → Offline
  • $\textsf{\color{cyan}{Blinking}}$ → Provisioning (Self-test failed)

• Green (Cellular → 2G, 3G, 4G) →

  • Steady → Online
  • Blinking → Attached to base station, not connected (short of PDP context aka. no IP address)
  • $\textsf{\color{cyan}{Blinking}}$ → Provisioning (Self-test successful)
  • $\textsf{\color{magenta}{Blinking}}$ → Over-the-air update (OTA) in progress

• Blue (WiFI → 2.4GHz, 5GHz) →

  • Steady → Online
  • Blinking → Attached to router, has no outgoing connectivity (perhaps lack of IP Address)
