When it comes to improving production performance, it is usually desired to interface SAP with Blackbird to preserve master data in one central location and forward production scheduling information events to Blackbird. For that particular reason, we have an interface that implements a statically structured IDOC (intermediate document) format embedded in a SAP BDC (Batch Data Communication) structure that includes information around POs, i.e. product information, PO number (read batch number in Blackbird) and when a PO is planned to start.
