Hourly Count is a feature in Factbird that provides users with an overview of the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) hour by hour. The feature displays each hour as either red or green based on whether or not the production goal was achieved. Additionally, users can view the stop causes that affected each hour's performance next to the target.
The Hourly Count feature also allows users to enter countermeasures for preventing past problems from affecting future performance. This feature is commonly referred to as the OPR Report (Operating Production Ratio) since it replaces the paper based OPR report in many cases.
